The Faculty of Applied Arts at the University of Arts in Belgrade is accredited for three study programs at the undergraduate level:

The duration of undergraduate studies at the FAA is 8 semesters. They are worth 240 ECTS.

Undergraduate studies at the FAA aim to provide students with competence and professional qualifications for professional engagement in applied arts. Upon successful completion of the study program student is awarded with the title: Applied Arts Artist, Designer or Conservator and Restorator, which allows them to make a living, continue their education or further professional training in accordance with the selected field of work, combining knowledge and skill with their creative abilities.

Faculty of Applied Arts at the University of Arts in Belgrade will enroll a total of 145 students to the first year of the accredited undergraduate studies.

The candidates who have acquired a four-year secondary education, have the right to apply for admission to the first year of undergraduate studies.

The candidates who have not completed a four-year secondary school education
need to attend a supplementary examination.

Supplementary examination will be arranged for candidates who previously acquired three years of secondary education or a three-year secondary school.

The purpose of the supplementary exam is to verify the candidate's knowledge concerning the following school subjects:

• Serbian language and literature
• Philosophy
• History of Art
• Foreign language.

The supplementary exam is conceived in full accordance with the program for the fourth grade of art schools for secondary education.

All applicants for admission to the first year of undergraduate studies take an entrance exam to prove their aptitude for studying at this Faculty.

The aptitude test is taken in the field of drawing, painting and modeling and the professional domain of application.
